Do I have to stay over night or can I visit on a daily basis? Day visitors are welcome but must be pre-registered - for further information please go to the registration section of this site and use the forms provided to register. Please note: there is now 4 star luxury hotel accommodation available for day visitors on the campus. Pre-registration required. Adults (18+ only) £65 per night single occupancy £75 per night double occupancy.
Is this a Bahá'í only event? The friends are encouraged to bring non-Bahá'í friends to experience the festival. Please ensure all participants in your party are registered to avoid disappointment.
Parking Disabled Parking Places For those with blue badges, please send your car registration number to Ranjit Appa when you register for the Festival.
Check-In Participants may check-in from 1200hrs on Wednesday 2 January in Rootes Reception. Lunch is available at 13:00 for all those who have purchased the accommodation package. Accommodation can be accessed from 1500hrs. Luggage can be safely left in the luggage store in Rootes Reception.
Check-Out
Badges All participants are required to wear their registration badge at all times. They are necessary as proof of registration, for security purposes, for receiving meals and refreshments.
First Aid and Help First aid is located in Rootes Reception. Please refer any enquiries to our Reception Team in Rootes Reception.
Shuttle buses Shuttle buses run from accommodations Jack Martin and Arthur Vick to the Rootes social building every day between 0730-0930hrs and 1500-2000hrs.
Other food outlets Food is provided for those registered on the accommodation package in the Rootes Social Building. Food outlets are available for day visitors in other restaurants on the campus.
Volunteers The festival
team would greatly welcome volunteers for ushering and other duties.
